Welcome to the Yoga for Life 3 online Training "Heal Yourself and Be You" by Lara Bernardi


 
 


Your life is all about being yourself and feeling good. Go your unique way and set your goals. Keep focused on them. Enjoy the moments on the way to your goals. Don't forget to listen to your heart. Your heart tells you the easy way and shows you how you can reach your goals. Listen to your heart before you start a project. Is it what you really want to? Is there something else what suites you more? 
Find out your heart goals by listening to your heart and then start to reach them. Stay with your mind focused on the direction your heart told you. If your heart tells you that it needs a change in your project, take time to listen again to your heart and then go on. Your heart will tell you if it needs a change in your project goals. Why goals change sometimes? When the situation around you changes because you changed your residence, you have a new job or you got married that has an influence on your goals. In such situations it is important to take time to listen to your heart again. 
To be happy means to be centred and focused on your heart way. Listen to yourself every day. Learn short practices which align you and help you to be in your power. This is Yoga for Life. Yoga for Life is for you. It helps you to be healthy, happy and fortune. Listen to your heart, set your goals and keep on going your way.

Yoga for Life 3 is organized in 6 courses. You can take 2, 3 weeks time for each course. When you finished one course go further to the next one. You can always repeat the course to integrate it more.

In each course you will have a mandala, a mantra and a ritual for you. Part of this online training is also a self-coaching part to get to know you better and to help you to reach your goals. The core of this training is you. You're great. This online training helps you to be in your power and to feel yourself and your uniqueness. 

You're guided through the whole training. Do the exercises step by step and take the time you need to integrate what you learned. Make a step every day. You can also stay one week with the ritual and mantra and then carry on with the next part of the course.
