Mandala: Liberation-Freedom

In each course you will find a mandala or yantra which supports you in your daily life. It helps to align yourself.

Mantra & Ritual
In each course you will find a mantra. You can speack this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While your saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

There is a heart lotus in my root chakra. I Am sitting in my heart lotus. I feel it. I Am grounded. I Am loved.

Note: Imagine lotus of this mandala and also imagine a heart lotus around you. Set the intention to open its leaves completely. You can also imagine it.

Ritual:
Imagine that you're sitting in a lotus flower. This is your heart love. Just sit for a moment and let go all old thought, thought patterns and emotions which don't serve you. Just set the intention to let go. After a while you can invite the new. How to set an intention: You say what you want loudly or inwardly.

Heart meditation "Heart Breathing"
Breath in and out through your nose into your heart chakra. Feel how you feel like while you‘re doing this heart breathing.

- What does my heart have to tell me?
- Next steps in my life?
