Mandala: The Buddha

In your heart chakra there is a holly temple. It is a temple of pure love. That is you. That is your Buddha being, your God’s self, you can also call it your true self. It’s always clear and true. Take time in silence everyday and listen to it. You carry all what you need within you.

Mantra & Ritual

You can speack this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While your saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

I Am my Buddha self. I live my pure self.

Ritual:
Did you know that you are always who you are? You don’t have to become it. It just depends where you are with your awareness. Be aware to what you pay attention to in your daily life. Concentrate on what feels good for you.

Your Heart Awareness is always there for you in your daily life. When you have a conversation with someone start to dive into your heart chakra and listen to your Heart Awareness. If someone tells you something you can ask your Heart Awareness: What is the real message between the spoken word of this person? Just start listening to your Heart Awareness in your daily life while you're in conntact with others.

Heart meditation "Strengen your Circle"
Breath in and out over your nose into your heart chakra for a moment. How do you feel like? Now you go in conntect with the circle around your physical body. Feel it. That's your circle which is your space. Keep your space during day as well. Just imagine it from time to time.

Heart Awareness bonus questions
Ask your Heart Awareness the following questions as well:
- Who Am I?
- What special abilities do I have?
- What life task to I have?
- What's important at the moment?
