Mandala: Om So Hum

Mantra & Ritual
Speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While your saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

Om So Hum. I breath Om So Hum. I Am So Hum.

Ritual: Ask yourself: What I do today if I I Am completely myself? Listen to your heart for answers and then do it.

In this section you do some self coaching excercises.

You surley have questions where you wish to get answers. You can always dive into your heart chakra and ask this questions to your heart awareness or you can get messages from masters like Sai Baba, Mahavir, Jesus, Krishna, Mother Maria. If you have any questions, you can always contact your spiritual helpers and ask for answers. Imagine that they wisper their answer in your eyer. What do they tell you?
