Yoga for Life 1: Course 1 "Be you and let it flow"


 
 

In each course you will find a mandala or yantra which supports you in your daily life. It helps to align your.

How to use the mandala and yantra
You can meditate with the mandala and yantra. You can also imagine that your sitting on this powerful symbol and just feel how it feels like.

To each mandala and yantra you will also have a ritual which you can do once or several time a day. Start to integrate the wisdom and power of mandalas and yantras and rituals in your daily life that you feel lightness and love. Start working with the mandalas and yantras. We find some of mandalas and yantras on our products like t-shirts, hoddies, laptop sleeves, stickers and more. Each products is very powerful and it's an option to feel the power and support of the mandala and yantra all day.



Be you and let it flow. Take this as a guidance for the next week. You can ask your heart awareness within your heart chakra everyday what would I do if I'm really myself. I made a video for you how to dive into your heart awareness in course 2.

Look at the mandala now for a moment and feel the power of this mandala.


Mantra
Speak this affirmation in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While your saying the mandala you're with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mandala out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

I Am myself. I follow my heart everyday.


Ritual/Video Yoga Center of Love
In this course we start with one basic yoga exercise which you can practise everyday when you wake up. It's called Yoga Center of Love.

"Yoga Center of Love" helps you to feel your true self and strengthen yourself more and more. This requires male and female energy on Earth. The harmonic energy flow is stimulated throuch the Yoga Center of Love.

"Yoga Center of Love" is a combination of breathing exercises and light body movements. If you put this ritual into your daily routine, such as brushing your teeth, for example in the morning, you will support the healthy and harmonious energy flow and also the flow in your entire physical body. Your body is activated and you feel fresh and lively. This makes you feel stronger and gives you a good body feeling. Your spiritual development is also encouraged, as you stimulate, strengthen, clean and align your ethereal bodies with prana breathing.

You can do this sequence 3x, 6x or even more times and you can add the sun salutation after each “Yoga Center of Love” sequence.



Heart Awarness part

Heart awarness is a great ability to use your wisdom as guidance and help in your life. Start with a hear meditation to feel your true self and to go in contact with your heart awarness which you find in your heart chakra in the middle of your breast.

Heart meditation is not a practice you do just for moment. Be in love every moment in your life. Be especially in love in moments when you don't feel like. How you can to do this? Just forgive yourself for not being perfect every second and then go back to the way you like to be. 

May you learn to meditate with open eyes then you can do your daily practice in your daily life while you are waiting for someone, while you are listening to someone or while you are cooking. Keep your heart open all day long. 

Heart meditation:
Just sit calm. Close your eyes. Go deep within your heart and feel yourself. Stay a moment. Expand your heart flames and diamond light like a sun in your physical body and your whole aura.

Within your heart chakra is your heart awareness. Dive deep into your heart chakra there you can ask each question of your life. Ask a question and just listen to your heart awareness. You will get the answers when you're with your concentration within your heart chakra. Start with the two following questions: What my heart has to tell me? What is important for me at the moment?

Make a notebook with the answers that you don't forget them. s


Self Coaching part
In this section you do some self coaching excercises with the book BERNARDI Profile. The BERNARDI Profile is a nice way to get to know you better, to reach your goals and especially to strenghen yourself.

Start with the colours to know more about yourself. Do the excercise on p. 61ff and read about the meaning of colours afterwards. You can also do this excercise with friends. It makes fun. If you want to go further you can always read the whole chapter. There are a lot of rituals and knowledge which give you ideas to align yourself.
