Be yourself and express yourself every day in your own unique way. This is love. Whenever you're yourself you're love.


Mantra
Speak this mantra for a few days:
I Am myself. I spread love for myself and the world. I Am guided by my heart. I Am myself.


Ritual
Spread your love and be a light for others by imagine that your heart flames spread out of your heart chakra. You lead others with your love and light. Be you every second. You can ask yourself what would you do if you’re really yourself and then do it.

Heart Awarness part

Your heart is very clear and nobody can influence it. It doesn't matter what happens around you, your heart always knows a way and has a solution. Your heart is always there. It is a good listener and very wise. It knows what is important and it can give you guidance. That's why you should take time to listen to it.

Dive a moment deep into your heart chakra and ask yourself the following question: What's my mission? What's my life purpose?

To complete this part of the course do a short Heart Lotus Meditation. Dive deep into your heart chakra and feel your true self for a moment. Expand your heart flames out of your heart chakra to stablize your circle around your physical body. At the end you imagine that you're sitting in a lotus flower. Just stay there for a moment and feel how it feels like.


Self Coaching part
In this section you do some self coaching excercises with the book BERNARDI Profile. This part is about your mission. Get to know more about your mission and do the Self-test Seeking Your Vision p. 146 - 147. You go a bit further because your heart awarness is very good. Do the Self-Test over your heart awarness. Ask your heart for each area about the vision and the the actions, see prcedure p. 146.

If you want to go further also do the Self-Test Project Management on p. 131 - 136.

Meditation

Meditating is a nice way to align yourself and feel your true self. This Om meditation helps you to clean yourself and feel pure.

Procedure:
Close your eyes. Dive into your heart chakra, in the middle of your chest. Dive into your being deep within it. Now let the "OM" sound clockwise turn in this chakra. Always OM, OM, OM. If you want, you can also use this sound to clean your spine by raising the sound Om up and down on your spine. Do the meditation as long as you feel like.

OM is the origin sound of the universe. Through the sound OM you get back to your fundamental vibration. It is a deep relaxation, regeneration and refreshment at the same time. With Om you can also raise your vibration level.
