So Hum is your pure self without any emotions and thoughts. It's you. Feel now your So Hum within your heart chakra for a moment. How does it feels like?


Mantra
Speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

So Hum. So Hum. So Hum.


Ritual
Breath in So through your left nose hole and breath out Hum through your right nose hole. Stay with the So Hum Breath for a moment. After a while you're visualizing this mandala for a moment. Expand it's power out of your heart chakra into your entire being by visualising the mandala in your aura or you can just concentrate on the mandala for a moment.

Heart Awarness part
You can ask your heart awarness for each part of your life for solutions and answers. If you have a management job or your own business you can do all strategic previews and what's important in the different areas over your heart.
- What are the next steps in my business or job?
- What’s important at the moment?
- Is there something new coming?
- On which projects should I concentrate on?

If you have your own business you can ask your heart about marketing, your employees, about financial issues etc. You can ask all business related questions where you need answers.


Self Coaching part
In this section you do some self coaching excercises with the book BERNARDI Profile:
Start with the Heart Meditation p. 112f. Afterwards you do the Relationship Map p. 114 - 116 and also read the additional information on p. 119.

There are many more good tips and excercises in this chapter of the book. If you like you can read the whole chapter p. 111- 123.
