Yoga for Life 3: Course 2 "So Hum"


 
 



Mandala: So Hum

Mantra
In each course you will find a mantra. You can speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While you're saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

I Am that I Am. So Hum.

Short ritual:
Breath So over your left nose hole in and breath Hum over your right nose hole out. Stay with the So Hum breath for a moment.

Nutrition

What you read and what you watch is also nutrition. That's why you should clean yourself energetically every day. The smoothies and power balls in this training help you to feel light and digest properly.

Be patience. Don’t go fast. Take time. Do one step after another. Sometimes you can ran but remember to regenerate yourself afterwards.

Replace everyday one meal with a smoothie of your choice.

Mango banana vanilla drink
1 Mango
1 Banana
2 tabl. spoons cashew nuts
Water
Honey or agave syrup
If you like you can add a bit vanilla flavour or cinnamon

Mix all in a blender.

You don't have to carve for sweets. Make your own health once like this:

Crispy Choco
4 tabl. Peanut butter
2 tabl. Agave syrup
1 drop Vanilla essence
Amaranth pop
60g??? Cocoa Butter
2 tabl. Cacao powder (white choco without Cacao powder)
2 tabl. Honey

Preparation:
Melt the cocoa butter in a fried pan. Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix it. You can use small shapes to put the liquid choco in and then put it in the freezer till it gets solid.

In this section you do some self-coaching exercises which help you to train your Heart Awareness and get to know you, your potential and your way better. You find the book BERNARDI Profile as PDF in the download section of course 1.

Heart Awareness with the BERNARDI Profile part Inner Team and Colours:

Inner Team - Identify your Personal Type
- Read the introduction part Self-Test on p. 48.

- Have a look at each of your team member: Thinker, sensor, feeler and intuition. Ask your Heart Awareness for each team member how many point it would give from 1-5. 5 stands for very good and one means that this team member has to improve himself a lot. Ask your heart as well if it remarks something at each of your team member. Write the answers down.

- Read all the answers and ask your Heart Awareness what this picture has to tell you in general about you.

- If you have a team member with less than 3 point ask your Heart Awareness for each of this team member how you can improve this level.

- To understand what your Inner Team is read p. 51 - 52

Your energy bodies
Your Inner Team shows your competences and abilities. Now you know more about your strengths. To get to know even better you can have a look at your energy bodies. You find a graphic of the energy bodies in the download section of this course.

- Have a look at each energy body. Ask your Heart Awareness for each energy body with what colour it would colour your physical body, emotional body, Inner Fire, mental body and spiritual body. Ask your Heart Awareness and then colour the circle which stands for the specific energy body.

- Go through each energy body and ask your Heart Awareness: What does this colour has to tell me about this energy body? Ask your Heart Awareness also if it remarks something at each energy body.

Insertion: Heart Awareness
Just take a break for a moment and dive into your heart chakra. Ask Heart Awareness the following questions and write them down:
- What does my heart has to tell me?
- What‘s important at the moment?
- What are the next steps in my life?
- What else my Heart Awareness has to tell me?
You can do this exercise each month just to get clear guidance from your heart. Read the answers again from time to time.

Colours - Become Aware of Your Personal
- Read the introduction on p. 61 - 62. Only read the part Colour Meanings after you finished the self-test.

- Have a look at the graphic on p. 62. Dive into your heart chakra and ask it what colour you have for „P Is“, for your „Path“ and for „P shall be“. Draw the colours on a paper like it‘s shown on the graphic on p. 62.

- Have a look at your drawing and ask your Heart Awareness what each colours has to tell you about your personality how it is (P Is) about your path and about your personality how it should be (P Should Be).

- If you like you can also have a look at the meaning of the colours on p. 63 to get more information about your personality and your path.
