Mandala: Pink The Power within you


Mantra
In each course you will find a mantra. You can speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While you're saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

Heart Awareness with the BERNARDI Profile part Relationship Map and Shamanic Timeline Journey

Relationship Map - Get to Know Your Inner Map
- Read the introduction on p. 114 and the Self-Test.

- Follow the guidance of your Heart Awareness when you draw your Relationship Map. Just dive into your heart chakra. Take a few deep breaths. Ask your Heart Awareness how your Relationship Map looks like and then you start drawing the Map.

- At the end you look at your Relationship Map if something is missing. If yes, draw it as well.

- To know the meaning of your Relationship Map ask your Heart Awareness what this map has to tell you? What each point on the map like symbols are whatever you drawn have to tell you? What does the size tells you about the situation? What does the colour has to tell you about it?

- You can go further an read p. 115. Have a look at your drawing with the chakra grid over your Heart Awareness? Ask your heart: What do I take out of my Relationship Map in combination with the chakra grid.

- At the end you can ask your Heart Awareness: What does this exercise tells me about the situation I drawn.

Shamanic Timeline Journey - Mission Made Conscious
- Read the introduction on p. 123 and point 1 of the Self-Test. Take 5 papers and write my next steps on each paper instead of mission etc. Put them on them on the timeline. This timeline starts from today and it will show you your next steps in your life.

- Stand on the first paper and ask your Heart Awareness the following questions: What is my next step? What do I have to know about this step? Write all answers down and then you do the same with step 2, 3, 4 and 5.

- If you want to you can also make the exercise with the following topics: Mission and three papers with possibilities.
