Mandala: Pink Black Happy

Mantra
In each course you will find a mantra. You can speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While you're saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

Short riual:
Imagine you're sitting on a carpet with this mandala. Sit on it and take a few deep breaths over your nose into your heart chakra. Just do some conscious breaths. How does the mandala power feels like? You can re-do this exercise whenever you feel like.

Nutrition
Replace one meal with a smoothie everyday. You can try the following one:

Green Smoothies - Heart touching
Avocado
Bananas
Cashew nuts
Water
A little bit Curcuma powder
Lemon juice
Dates
Vanilla flavor

Mix all in a blender.

- Dive into your heart chakra and ask your Heart Awareness the following questions: What’s my vision? What mantra helps me to remind of my vision?

Seeking your Vision - Develop a Vision for all Aspects of Your Life
- Read the introduction on p. 146

- To get your deep visions for each aspects of your life ask your Heart Awareness about it. Have a look at the graphic on p. 147 and ask your Heart Awareness for each aspect: What is my vision for area X. Also ask for the steps which will help you to reach your vision.

- At the end you can ask your Heart Awareness on which area you shall focus at the moment. Start today with the actions of this area. Each month you can ask on which area you shall focus at the moment.
