Mandala: Black Self-Confidence


Mantra
In each course you will find a mantra. You can speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While you're saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

Short riual:
Imagine the shri in your heart chakra like you see it in the middle of this mandala and let the black flames around the shri flow into your entire body. Let the black flames clean you.

Replace one meal with a smoothie every day. You can try the following one:

Red Power Cleanser - Red lover
Strawberries
Bananas
Cashew nuts
Water
Chia seeds
Dates
Cinnamon powder
Vanilla

Mix all in a blender.

In this section you do some self-coaching exercises which help you to train your Heart Awareness and get to know you, your potential and your way better. You find the book BERNARDI Profile as PDF in the download section of course 1.

Heart Awareness with the BERNARDI Profile part Project Management - Course of Action to Realize Personal Goals

- Read the introduction on p. 131.
- Decide if you make this exercise for you personally or professionally. Decide also if you make the exercise in general or for a specific project.

- Concentrate a moment on the topic which you just have chosen. Have a look at the graphic on p. 132 and ask your Heart Awareness how you run this project. Each of the platonic bodies stands for one project step. Just let your Heart Awareness choose one platonic body for each project step.

- Now you have look at the graphic on p. 133. This is the easy way to run a successful project. Concentrate a moment on your project and ask your Heart Awareness what does each step means for the topic which you have chosen. You can go through your project like this and ask your Heart Awareness the following questions:
1. Vision: What’s my vision?
2. Planning: What are my next steps in my project?
3. Realization: What’s important here?
4. Leadership: Do I have to change something in my vision?
5. Completion: Just feel how it feels like when you reached your goal. Ask also what’s important here?
