Mandala: Om Namo

Mantra
In each course you will find a mantra. You can speak this mantra in the morning when you wake up while you're doing your morning ritual. While you're saying the mantra be with your awareness within your heart chakra. Speak the mantra out of your heart and feel its power. You can speak it silently or loudly:

I Am, I Am, I Am myself. I Am Power. I Am Love. I Am. Om Namo.

Short ritual:
Just meditate a moment over the mandala. Just sit silent and look at it. Repeat the mantra Om Namo.

Nutrition

Fasting is an effective way to clean and calm down your body system. When you sleep your body cells can recover. Fasting has an effect like sleeping to your body. Let it relax from time to time.

To fast once or twice a week is a nice ritual and you can integrate it easily into your lifestyle.
You can fast as followed:
- Morning: In the morning till the afternoon you only drink tea like a masala chai and ginger tea.

- Afternoon: You can have some dal without rice or anything else or you can drink a fruit juice (smoothie).

- Evening: You can eat Shabudana.
You can drink ginger tea and water during the whole day. If you’re very hungry you can eat some peanuts. If your energy is already very light you can eat a little bit chocolate that you don’t feel like flying the whole day.
How to prepare Shabudana
Ingredients:
1 onion (if you like it)
Coriander
1 tomato
1 – 2 potatoes
Peanuts
1 green chilli
2 handful of Shabudana
Masala and Himalaya salt
Coconut or sun flower oil to cook the Shabudana
Soak the Shabudana in water for a few hours. You can put it in the water in the morning when you get up.
Preparation:
Put the peanuts in a blender to make peanut flour.
Slice all other ingredients. Put the potatoes in a bit water and boil it till it’s soft. Afterwards you heat the oil. Cook all ingredients with the Shabudana in a pan and add masala and salt as much as you like it.

Self-made chocolate
Take 2 - 4 tabl. spoon cocoa butter and melt it in a pan
mix all the following ingredients with the melted cocoa butter:
2 tabl. spoon pure cacao powder
Pure maple juice or brown sugar as much that it meets your sweet taste
1-2 droops pure vanilla flavour
Empty the liquid chocolate on baking paper in a shape and put it in the freezer till its solid. You can keep it in the freezer or put the ready chocolate in the fridge.

- Read the introduction on p. 80.

- Have a look at the grafic on p. 80. Dive into your heart chakra and ask it where you stand personally and where do you stand professionally or with your business if you‘re self-employed. Let your Heart Awareness choose one image for you personally and one for your profession.

- Afterwards you read the meanings of the sessions which you’ve choose. on p. 81. Ask your Heart Awareness what this meanings have to tell you about your personal and professional or business standpoint.

- Ask your Heart Awareness if it has to tell you something else about your personal and professional or business standpoints.
Make a note book with all answers which you get out of this self-coaching process.

Chakras - Recognize Your Energy Levels
- Look at the grafic on p. 97. Dive into your heart chakra. Ask your Heart Awareness for each circle which symbols one of your chakras: What colour this circle has? Paint the circles in the colour which you got from your Heart Awareness.

- Have a look at each of the colours and ask your Heart Awareness for each chakra: What the meaning of this colour for me?

- Have a look at your chakras and their colour again and ask your Heart Awareness: What do you have to tell me in general about my chakras? Ask this for each if your 7 main chakras and write it down.

- You can also read the p. 97 - 98 and if you want to know more about chakras read the p. 99 - 102.
